Macadamia Nut Cream (replacement for American sour cream)

11/2 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked 4-6 hrs.

7 tbsp lemon

3/4 tsp salt

1 1/3 cup water
1. Put macadamia nuts and water in vitamix, blend thouroughly til smooth.

2. Add lemon and salt and blend.

3. Refrigerate til ready to use and enjoy!

NOTE: Most people make cashew cream, but I am allergic to them, so i’ve made macadamia cream. Very tasty 🙂

Please be advised, this is a replacement for american sour cream, not liquid cream. It is thick like sour cream.
