3 1/2 cups peeled russet potatos, cut into 1/2″ squares
1 tsp smashed garlic
1/2 tsp dry rosemary
1/2 tsp dry sage
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
coarse ground pepper
2/3-3/4 tsp pink hamelayan sea salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay ingredients on baking sheet, thoroughly mix everything until spices are evenly distributed and potatoes are well coated with the spice mix.
Cook potatoes at 350 until fork tender, this took 38 mins in my oven, cooking times may vary slighly.
When they are fork tender, raise oven temperature to 425 degrees until potatoes become golden brown and crispy on the outside, this took 4 mins in my oven.
